My Latest Hypertufa

I know it's been a while since I posted - life can tend to get in the way...

Happy Spring!!  A day late, I know, but happy spring anyway.

Here are a couple pictures of my latest Hypertufa.  I am getting the hang of it - I think.  The month of waiting is the worst part - I am not a patient person.

The last one is not hypertufa - I made it out of a scrap post cover made by TAMKO - it goes with their decking products.  It will look better when the semps are grown up.

And, since I missed the first day of spring I want to direct you to one of my favorite blogs where you can find some wonderful pictures and articles to welcome spring.  Southern Meadows - Go check it out - you won't be disappointed.

Get your hands dirty!

  1. Hey Matt, glad you are back! Your pots turned out really well! I love how well they compliment the succulents. Now I can see why you have been so busy. Thanks for the shout out and happy spring to you too!

  4. You made those? They look wonderful.

I have always had them in the back of my mind, just never gotten around to making them. The old aged ones that hung around the nursery were my absolute fav's.

The older and more beat up the better. Thanks for dropping by, nice to meet you.

  5. Love the hypertufa with the legs. Very cool. One of these days I will give it a try. And how resourceful you are to build the succulent bench out of leftover decking products.
